The demolition of Raptis Plaza began in November 2007 to make way for Soul, marking the start of a new era in paradise.

Construction is well underway on the iconic beachfront tower being built by Grocon, Australia’s leading privately owned development and construction group.

Above-ground construction activities have commenced and the first crane is on-site and operational.

The first stage due to open is the retail precinct in early 2010, followed by the tower structure in mid 2011.
